Privacy notice

This notice explains what NovaServe collects when you create an account, buy credits and send requests to our API, and how that information is used to run the service.

It applies to the NovaServe web app and the NovaServe API. It does not cover third-party sites you reach from links in our product.

Account information: the email address you sign up with, your display name, and your workspace name.

Billing and usage records: credit purchases, credit balance, and a usage event for each request (model, modality, token or unit counts, latency and credit cost).

Request content: the prompts, files and responses you send through the API or the in-app tools, for as long as needed to return the response and to power features you enable, such as saved threads and knowledge bases.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and error logs generated when you use the app.

To run inference on your behalf and return results.

To meter credits, prevent abuse of the credit system, and produce billing and usage reporting.

To operate, debug and improve the platform, including capacity and reliability work.

To contact you about your account, security notices and service changes.

NovaServe calls upstream model providers using our own provider credentials. To fulfil a request, the content of that request is transmitted to the provider that serves the model you selected.

Providers process that content under their own terms. Choosing a different model may mean a different provider handles your request.

We do not sell your data. We share information with service providers that we need to run the platform — hosting, database and payment processing — and when we are required to by law.

Account, billing and usage records are kept while your account is active and afterwards where we are required to keep financial records.

You can delete threads, knowledge bases and other content you created from within the app. To request deletion of your account, contact us.

You can update your display name, email address and workspace details from your profile page, and change your password at any time.
