Terms of service

The rules for using NovaServe's platform, API and prepaid credits.

Last updated

The agreement

These terms govern your use of the NovaServe web app and API. By creating an account or sending a request, you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials and NovaServe API keys secret.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement to use the service, and you must give accurate account details.

Credits and billing

Usage is metered in prepaid credits. Every request deducts credits from your balance based on the model and the units consumed, and requests are rejected when the balance runs out.

Credits are purchased in advance and applied to your account balance. They are not a deposit and carry no cash value outside the platform.

NovaServe runs all inference on its own provider credentials. Supplying your own provider API key to bypass credit metering is not supported and is blocked.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload the platform, to attempt to bypass metering, rate limits or access controls, or to generate content that infringes someone else's rights.

You must also comply with the usage rules of the upstream model providers that serve the models you choose.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and files you submit and, as between you and us, of the outputs returned to you.

You grant us the permission needed to transmit and process that content in order to run the service.

Model outputs can be wrong. Review them before relying on them for anything consequential.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Models can be changed, deprecated or removed by their providers, and availability is reported on the status page.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that puts the platform or other users at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
